Reserve Greenhouses
Built by hand from remarkable old windows, each greenhouse is a functional garden structure and a piece of local history from Ohio's Western Reserve.
Past and possibility
The original Seymour Hall windows, shown beside concept renderings of how they can live on as one-of-a-kind garden houses.
The windows
Each garden house is constructed from reclaimed and carefully restored windows from Seymour Hall at Western Reserve Academy. Built from mahogany and composed of more than twenty individual panes per window, they have a character, material quality, and scale that simply aren’t available in modern production windows.
The build
Every greenhouse is built to order around the site, desired footprint, and available historic windows. The result is a one-of-a-kind structure designed to feel as though it has always belonged in the landscape.
Pricing
Builds start at $50,000. Submit an inquiry with your location, desired greenhouse size, contact information, and any additional project details for a quote. Reserve Greenhouses is based in northeast Ohio.
Beyond the greenhouse
These historic windows can live on in more than garden houses. From interior glass partitions and room dividers to glassed-in porches, sunrooms, and other custom applications, these restored Seymour Hall windows can create beautiful spaces within or outside your home.
